In 2004 for the first time in a long consultant and advisory relationship, Warriors Inc. and the Los Angeles Fight Academy teamed to train students in stage combat. Using several locations in Simi Valley, Warriors Inc. Cadre members ran a rugged, high-stress course of instruction for LAFA students that involved military sciences, weapons handling and close-quarters battle techniques, all designed to provide the students realistic perspective on their stage performances. Our association with LAFA - an affiliate of the prestigious Society of American Fight Directors - has been very rewarding. It's another trail we can use on the road to accomplishing our mission. We hope it continues and grows and flourishes. |
